STRENGTH & CARDIO TRAINING

Classic Core & Conditioning

​From beginner to advanced. We are going back to the beginning to help maximize stability, coordination and muscular endurance. 

Pump & Run

Endurance based weight training from beginner to advance. Pump up with weights and then high-speed interval runs. Runs are performed outside when weather permits and inside during inclement weather. ​

Olympic Lifter

Lift with proper weight training techniques designed to help maximize your power, muscular growth and explosive strength. ​

Fuerte Kids Strength & Conditioning

A fun and safe environment for children to engage in agility, strength and power based workouts. (for kids ages 7-14)
What to Bring: 
  1. Fitness mat

What to Wear: 
  1. Breathable clothing

BOXING

Fuego Boxing

Combine your weight training with your boxing rounds to maximize your time and your results. You don't have to worry about feeling intimidated. You can work hard in a judgment free zone; we just ask that you put your best punch forward.

Hooks & Ladders

The crossroads, this is where boxing and agility meets to improve footwork, balance, and coordination. This class will teach you how to "Fly like a butterfly and sting like a bee" - Muhammad Ali ​

Heavy Hitters Boxing

Learn how to pack a powerful punch with this intensive technique and skills class. The different modalities such as the double end bag, speed bag, heavy bag, upper-cut bag and various punching mitts are used to help simulate your opponent (e.g. your boss, spouse or the guy who cut you off on the highway-just kidding!).

Fuerte Kids Boxing

​This is a progressive boxing program designed to teach kids discipline, strength and self-defense. (for kids ages 7-14)

What to Bring: 
  1. 12oz or larger boxing gloves
  2. 180inch hand wraps
  3. Fitness mat
  4. Water
  5. Towel

What to Wear: 
  1. Boxing, running or athletic sneakers
  2. Breathable clothing

YOGA

Restore & Recover

​Help to alleviate muscular pain, improve your range of motion and posture by stretching all of the muscles that tighten up through repetitive every day movement and exercise. 
What to Bring: ​
  1. Yoga mat
  2. Water
  3. Towel

What to Wear: 
  1. Breathable clothing
  2. Non-Slip socks
