Our Philosophy
The 5 Points of Fitness
We all have an athlete trapped inside of us. We are divinely made to use our bodies physically but we become out of touch with this physical energy due to our sedentary lifestyle. No matter what your fitness goals are, the five components below should be an equal and vital part of your program.
As creatures of habit, we often get stuck in the same workout routine wondering why we aren't seeing results. One has to be willing to challenge their body in new ways in order to see a change. Our trainers will guide you through your fitness journey with customized, progressive workouts that are tailored to your fitness goals. You will be taken through phases that are 4-6 weeks long that will enable you to learn and develop foundational movements.
Special Populations
With many years of experience and training, we are able to provide safe and effective training for special populations.

Older Adults - It is widely believed that maintaining physical fitness and reasonable body weight can lessen the deleterious effects of aging, such as increased risk of disease and disability.
Children - Establishing good eating behavior and exercise habits early in life can aid in the prevention of medical conditions.
Cardiovascular Diseases - Heart related diseases are the number one killers of men and women. This can be prevented and/or treated with safe and effective physical activity combined with specific dietary restrictions.
Diabetes - Moderate exercise, calorie control and regularly scheduled balanced meals can help to lower both type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Hypertension - Restriction of sodium intake, and regular aerobic exercise over the course of several months will aid in the reduction of high blood pressure.
